One meter can support four different health parameters when used with the correct compatible ISAW test strip: blood glucose, total cholesterol, uric acid and hemoglobin.
What does “4-in-1” mean?
The ISAW® Multi-Monitoring System supports four different blood measurements using one compatible meter platform. Each parameter uses its own compatible test strip.
It does not mean one strip performs all four tests at the same time.
Blood Glucose — BG01
Measures the amount of glucose present in the blood sample and can help users follow changes in their glucose readings over time.
Total Cholesterol — TC01
Measures total cholesterol in the blood. It is useful as a screening measurement but is not the same as a complete lipid profile.
Uric Acid — UA01
Measures uric acid in the blood and can help users follow changes when uric acid is being monitored.
Hemoglobin — HB01
Measures the concentration of hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying protein found in red blood cells.
Always use the correct compatible ISAW strip and follow the Instructions for Use supplied with the meter and the specific test strip.
How does home testing fit into your routine?
- Select the correct test. Choose the strip for the parameter you want to measure.
- Follow the instructions. Prepare the meter and sample exactly as described in the Instructions for Use.
- Record the result. Keep the value together with the date, time and relevant context.
- Look at trends. Repeated readings collected under similar conditions may be more useful than one isolated number.
- Seek help when needed. If results are repeatedly unexpected or you have symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Registered in Malaysia
The ISAW® Multi-Monitoring System is listed in the Malaysia Medical Device Register as a system for quantitative measurement of blood glucose, total cholesterol, uric acid and hemoglobin.
The registered system includes the LBM-01 meter together with BG01, TC01, UA01 and HB01 test strips.
