Terms and Conditions of Warranty

What the 5-Year Limited Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects affecting the ISAW® All-in-One Meter.
• Replacement with an equivalent ISAW® All-in-One Meter if a manufacturer's defect is confirmed and the Meter is certified as non-repairable.
• Coverage for the original purchaser of the ISAW® All-in-One Meter.

Warranty Conditions

The 5-Year Limited Warranty is subject to all of the following conditions:

• The warranty is valid only in Malaysia.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• The Meter must not be defaced, altered or tampered with.
• The warranty registration form must be completed correctly and submitted legibly.
• Warranty registration must be completed online or submitted to Accu Pro Marketing Sdn. Bhd. within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Any serial number or identifying information on the Meter must remain intact, legible and untampered.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Accessories, including the lancing device, carrying pouch and similar supplied accessories.
• Consumables, including batteries, test strips, lancets and other single-use or replaceable items.
• Wear-and-tear parts, including battery contact points, the LCD screen, flip cover and other parts affected by normal use.
• Damage caused by abuse, tampering, modification or disassembly by unauthorized personnel.
• Damage caused by negligence or misuse, including:
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper storage
  • Exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, sand, dust or other environmental hazards
  • Failure to follow the operating and care instructions stated in the user manual
• Damage caused by natural disasters, including fire, flood or lightning.
• Damage caused by consumable parts, including battery leakage.
• Meters with removed, illegible or tampered serial numbers.
